Life Enrichment Lead Overview: Benefits: - Location: 2412 Knob Creek Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604 - Position: Life Enrichment Lead - Job Type: Full Time - Schedule: Monday-Friday (varies between 9:00 - 5:00 or 10:00 - 6:00) - Pay: $17 per hour - Wages on Demand - Daily pay available - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k - Generous PTO Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community. The Life Enrichment Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming for all residents within the community. Required Experience for Life Enrichment Lead: - Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. - Compassionate towards the senior population. - Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team. - Proficient in general computer skills.
