Job Purpose As a Business Development Manager (TrainAI) , you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and developing early-stage opportunities across a dynamic and evolving portfolio. Partnering closely with the Sr. Business Development Director and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Delivery), you will help shape and execute go-to-market strategies while contributing to a fast-growing area of the business. This role is ideal for a high-potential, early-career sales professional eager to take the next step—owning lead generation efforts, navigating a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment, and building the foundation for long-term success in business development.
