Assessment Centre Manager Salary: £44,500 | HAAS Contract | WCA Team | Wood Green - Hybrid We’re looking for an inspiring and organised leader to join us as a Assessment Centre Manager within the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS), supporting delivery across the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) team. In this role, you’ll oversee the daily running of one or more Assessment Centres, ensuring that clinicians and non‑clinical teams have the support, resources and guidance they need to deliver high‑quality assessments. You’ll take ownership of performance management, staffing, service quality and claimant experience, while helping to drive continuous improvement across our operations.
