Position: Academic Achievement Center Coordinator Department: Academic Affairs: Type of Position: Part-time Regular: Exemption Status: Non-Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs, 25 hours per week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No: Starting Salary Range: $23.16-$29.97 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: The Academic Achievement Center (AAC) Coordinator supports the academic success of students in the AAC. This position oversees hiring, training, and supervising a select group of tutors and is responsible for creating, scheduling, and providing academic workshops to a variety of student groups. The coordinator also manages the Academic Integrity remediation process and supports the work of the Cav Comeback Program. In the absence of the Director, this position helps guide center operations and supports broader academic success initiatives.
