JOB DESCRIPTION: Reports to the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and is responsible for assisting in the coaching of student-athletes and management of a NCAA Division I intercollegiate women’s soccer program. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists with organizing team practice and schedule - Assists with tasks associated with recruiting: Letters of Intent (signing), official, and unofficial visits, etc. - Monitors student-athletes class attendance, study hall, and grades - Serves as a role model for student-athletes - Assists with scheduling and team travel - Assists with strength and conditioning program - Maintains records of participation and other compliance related matters - Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment (i.e. uniforms, game equipment) - Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required: EX...
