In House Trainer Department: Human Resources: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Chelmsford - HQ: Description: Here at Marlborough Highways we are looking for an experienced and motivated In-House Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the skills, safety, and compliance of our workforce across our growing business. You’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving a wide range of training programmes and inductions, ensuring our employees and subcontractors are fully equipped to carry out their roles safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver in-house training courses including (but not limited to) - LANTRA Traffic Management - Manual Handling- Abrasive Wheel- Vehicle Banksman- Cat & Genny - Emergency First Aid- CDM Awareness- STATs Awareness - Deliver the weekly Corporate and Health and Safety induction to new employees and sub-contractors ahead of starting their roles with Marlborough Highways - Create, develop and enhance training materials (including Delivery Plans, PowerPoint slides, supporting handouts and in-class activity sheets) - Deliver the quarterly Safe Delivery Briefings at va...
