About the team: FIS Valdi is a global, multi‑asset trading and order management solution that supports listed equities, derivatives, commodities, and fixed‑income instruments, providing access to trading venues worldwide. The Client Support team is the primary liaison, building relationships with customers and supporting their requests and incidents on all Validi solutions. What you will be doing: You will be responsible for finding solutions to our client’s functional and technical issues and for managing these issues through to resolution.
