Job Summary Aptive seeks a skilled Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by providing process analysis, improvement, and implementation support. This role will focus on reviewing existing policies, directives, and regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with the redesigned organizational structure. The analyst will support policy scans, identify gaps or conflicts, and help document policy considerations that may impact implementation planning, readiness assessments, and transition activities across VHACO and VISNs. Primary Responsibilities: In support of implementation, the Policy Analyst will assist in analyzing how policy changes affect business processes, staffing models, and governance structures, and will contribute to the development of policy-related recommendations. Responsibilities include supporting the development of assessment tools, summarizing findings from stakeholder interviews, and helping prepare reports that translate policy requirements into actionable implementation guidance.
