Title: Mechanical Drafter We support water customers across Australia to provide our communities with the best drinking water and wastewater treatment services, whilst innovating ways to safeguard and secure our country’s water supplies, elevating public spaces and enhancing livability. The Opportunity: To support our existing portfolio of projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Mech Piping Designer for a full-time role with our team in Sydney. You will have the opportunity to contribute to significant water infrastructure projects via our strong partnerships with water authorities. You would be responsible for using 2D and 3D computer aided design applications to develop and record designs as models and drawings. You will evaluate design intent provided by professional engineers and translate that into the model or drawing. Additionally, you will assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments that involve conventional plans, investigations, and surveys. Primarily this is for water and wastewater treatment, recycled water plants, chemical dosing plants, pumping, piping, chemical storage, minor structural and civil elements.
