POSITION OVERVIEW: The Lifeguard position at Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston maintains a safe environment, enforces all pool rules and follows all required emergency procedures. Lifeguards ensure the safety of all swimmers by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors.
