We deliver dozens of products, including the Toronto Star and Globe and Mail, to commercial businesses and homes, with a standard of service that is consistent and exceptional. Job Description: Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, the Dispatcher is responsible for assisting with nightly operations at one of the designated print sites. Responsibilities Include: - Communicate regularly with drivers - Track shipments from print site to depot. - Dispatcher is to be cognizant of potentially damaged product - The dispatcher is responsible for keeping records, monitoring drivers with log management - Dispatcher needs to ensure that driver has Bill of Lading and Depot load sheets to deliver with shipment to sites - Coordinate and communicate with print site, drivers and distributors/site coordinators - Inform site coordinators or their designate if product is running late and when product...
