Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, yet hands-on Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition to design and lead our worldwide recruiting strategy while ensuring excellent execution across all regions. This leader will own the vision and framework for attracting top talent, while also directly engaging in high-priority searches, building strong partnerships with business leaders, and mentoring a high-performing TA team. The ideal candidate must possess a positive, can-do attitude with high drive. Primary Responsibilities: Key responsibilities for this role include: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership Define and drive a global recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future growth. Partner with the executive team to forecast talent needs and align TA programs with long-term business goals. Build and scale innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and world-class talent across all regions. Develop global talent pipelines and university/early career programs to support future workforce needs.
