Adventist Healthcare's Support Center seeks to hire an experienced EAP Counselor II for our Lifework Strategies department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As an EAP Counselor II, you will: •Manage a robust network of child/elder/dependent care resources. •Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to clinical case reviews, performing risk assessments and making referrals to appropriate clinical and community resources based on the level of urgency, providing an assessment of substance abuse concerns, and providing appropriate referrals based on the level of service needed, provide crisis intervention and clinical case management as needed etc. •Maintain appropriate documentation, including quality case notes. •Provide clinical case management and follow-up services for all assigned EAP cases. •Must be able to provide counseling utilizing appropriate models including but not limited to Solutions Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other short-term counseling te...
