The Role: As a Principal Human Factors Engineer, you are in a technical leadership position coordinating team effort, engaging with stakeholders, and advocating for user-centered engineering approaches. In this role, you will be an expert in the application of MTI’s user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process to drive the vision of highly effective solutions for complex, critical missions.
