Key Responsibilities: - Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. - Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs. - Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors. - Project management skill. Determine and define project scope and objectives, Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner - Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes. - Responsible for continual improvemen...
