Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager ​is expected to be able to: - Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk. - Provide project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and projects. - Perform functions that assist the government in management of the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and assist in strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers. - Shall utilize Project Management Institute standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk. - Shall perform functions f...
