In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Lead solution selling for complex system opportunities, coordinating stakeholders to deliver complete solutions. - Manage and develop the agent network, collaborating effectively across internal functions and external partners. - Participate in the global Project Pursuit Process and ensure structured handover, sign-off, and documentation for project business. - Use sales tools and processes (e.g.BI tools) and provide accurate inputs to forecasting and planning cycles (POR / SE&OP) while managing budget reporting. - Actively identify new applications within existing customers and beyond to increase market share. - Develop and execute strategic plans for each allocated country to grow sales, market participation, and profitability in line with budget and growth initiatives. - Build strong customer relationships, uncover customer pain points, and position MTM solutions that solve real operational challenges.
