This position serves as the primary technical architect for the unit, responsible for the design of application environments and the technical configurations to support in-house and cloud-based solutions. In addition to overseeing developers and business analysts, the Manager guides the transition of legacy systems to modern low-code or no-code platforms and provides strategic oversight of business automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
