Assists Community Events Coordinator(s) with a variety of operational duties including but not limited to: volunteer directing, event day set-up/break-down, pre-event meetings, event registration and check-in and other duties associated with the event. Works in conjunction with other HRCA staff members, including a team of Community Event Associates, volunteers, and vendors to provide a safe and enjoyable event, as well as high-quality customer service. Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Community Events Coordinator(s) and Community Events Manager. Supervision Exercised: None. May provide direction to volunteers.
