Summer Program Staff – Seasonal Position (2026) We are seeking energetic, responsible, and caring individuals to join our Summer Program team! This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on children while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Program Dates: June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026 Commitment: Minimum of 8 weeks required Schedule: 29–40 hours per week (based on program needs) Program Length: 10-week, theme-based summer program Position Overview: Summer Program Staff are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Staff will implement age-appropriate activities, supervise daily routines, and support children’s social, emotional, and physical development. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and lead age-appropriate activities for children - Supervise daily routines including playtime, mealtimes, nap/rest time, swimming, water play, and field trips - Ensure the safety, well-being, and active engagement of all children - Build positive relationships and meaningful connections with children - Follow established lesson plans and contribute to a fun, theme-based program - Maintain accurate re...
