Job description

To serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, directing crew activities, ensuring proper placement and operation of casing tools and equipment, validating job requirements, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout all field operations. - Serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, overseeing crew performance, workflow, and adherence to job procedures. - Direct and coordinate technicians, verify jobs and equipment, and make-up casing to the required torque, ensuring all operations meet technical and safety standards. - Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of equipment defects; lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure corrective actions are implemented prior to field deployment. - Communicate job status, test results, and operational updates to management and customers; serve as primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders during field operations. - Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members on procedure concepts, equipment operation, and safety practices. - Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delega...
