Job DetailsJob Location: Bridgewater College - Bridgewater, VA 22812HVAC MECHANIC Bridgewater College is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to help keep our campus running comfortably and efficiently year-round. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain, repair, and improve HVAC systems and related infrastructure across campus. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Install, maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems and campus steam distribution equipment Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably Troubleshoot and repair faulty or inoperative equipment Recommend repairs, upgrades, or new installations Maintain and service hydraulic, air, gas, water, and steam lines Track and manage parts and equipment inventory Complete work orders accurately and on time Collaborate with Facilities team members, including electrical support as needed ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with snow removal and emergency response, including nonstandard hours when needed Support campus and athletic event setup and breakdown Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements A full job description can be found here.
