Position Title: Associate Director of Development (Major Gifts) Job Description: The Associate Director of Development (Major Gifts) develops strong relationships with individual donors, alumni, foundations, corporations, and friends of the institution for the purpose of securing major gifts. This role is critical in supplementing and enhancing institutional programs, activities, and educational opportunities through private fund-raising and charitable efforts. The ADA will work closely with the Vice President/Executive Director, Director of Development, and Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies that support our organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
