Description JOB TITLE: Painter: REPORTS TO: Area Property Manager or Community Manager Department: D14 - Leasing Operations: FLSA Status: Hourly/Overtime Eligible – Full/Part Time POSITION SUMMARY: The Painter is responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services across apartment communities and corporate facilities. Working closely with the Leasing and Maintenance Departments, the Painter ensures that units are prepared in a timely manner for new residents and that the property maintains a clean, professional appearance. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with Leasing and Maintenance teams to determine painting needs and priorities. - Review and carry out work orders and project assignments efficiently and accurately from within our Property Management software platform, AppFolio, - Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Teams for messaging and online meetings. - Prepare surfaces for painting by washing walls, repairing drywall, filling holes/cracks with putty, and sanding for a smooth fini...
