Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Physical Therapist, Part Time, Day Shift Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital: Location: Chelsea, MI Schedule: Part Time- weekend and holiday rotation Rate: $36.75+ POSITION PURPOSE: The Rehabilitation Services Staff Physical Therapist provides evaluation and treatment of patients in a range of specialty programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains good rapport and cooperative relationships. Approaches conflict in a constructive manner. Helps to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in their resolution. Maintains the confidentiality of information acquired pertaining to patient, physicians, colleagues, and visitors to Chelsea Hospital. Discusses patient and hospital information only among appropriate personnel in appropriately private places. Behaves in accordance with the Code of Conduct, Service Excellence Standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values and policies of Chelsea Hospital.
