Amaze, Inspire, Unite Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Director of Event Security with managing all aspects of security operations at LCA, Fox Theatre, City Theatre, DTE, Meadow Brook, Freedom Hill and all other District Detroit venues. Ensure the security staff delivers quality service with internal and external guests through excellence in standards, presentation and professionalism. Plan, coordinate and direct activities such as patrol of physical property; monitoring system response, and personnel. Disseminate information to staff in regard to post orders, revisions and daily event and non-event needs. Maintains compliance for Venue Security policies and procedures through regular on-site evaluations. Responds to incidents of crime, which occur in the area and participates with local law enforcement agencies in the investigation of such incidents. Provides security and safety services to LCA and all District Detroit entities. This position is responsible for event-based Crowd Manager performance and coaching.
