Job Description The Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical part of Antares. They will report to the MD, Legal Entity Controller. The SVP’s primary role is to lead the FP&A function for the organization, being responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, fund performance, segment reporting, and expense monitoring. This SVP will act as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive committee, business unit heads, and the Company’s owners providing actionable insights to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong combination of critical thinking, analytical expertise, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of private credit and asset management dynamics. Our ideal candidate is independent, motivated, detail-orientated, and able to analyze data and convey results effectively.
