Job Summary The Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily cash operations for Drexel University and its affiliated entities. Core responsibilities include preparing the daily cash position, classifying cash transactions for comparison to budget, initiating money transfers and credit card refunds, and resolving any banking related issues in a timely manner. This position serves as the University’s primary point of contact for all cash-related matters, providing ongoing support and assistance to Accounting, Institutional Advancement, the Bursar’s Office, Clinical Departments, Finance, and other units. The Treasury Analyst will also assist with the training of users on Drexel’s various banking systems. The Treasury Analyst works closely with the Associate Treasurer to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and align cash management practices with the University’s financial strategies.
