Peripherals DACH Category Manager (M-F-D) Description -: The Peripherals DACH Category Manager is responsible for end-to-end product line management and for driving the growth and profitability of the HP Peripherals product portfolio in the DACH Region. This role develops category business plans and growth strategies and ensures their successful execution by working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, finance). The Category Manager monitors key performance indicators and uses data-driven insights (including customer feedback and sales metrics) to identify opportunities for improvement . They maintain a deep understanding of the product categories, business management practices, and sales channel challenges/strategies to inform decision-making. Additionally, the role involves full product line ownership (P&L and quota) for a substantial portion of the portfolio, and building strong relationships with the sales force and external partners to champion the category in the market.
