Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Experience in video content ecosystems and business generation. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading and closing partnership agreements, including experience with structuring and implementation. - Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment. - Excellent phone and in-person business skills, with an understanding of publisher and advertising industry business models. - Excellent problem-solving and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and develop business cases. - Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.
