About the role: The Technical Content Marketing Writer, Developer Advocate plays a critical, high-impact role in educating the developer community about Red Hat's technologies, primarily focusing on RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift, and AI products . This position blends deep technical knowledge with exceptional communication skills to create compelling and accessible learning content. You will act as a bridge between complex engineering concepts and the end-user, prioritizing the creation and maintenance of learning paths that enable developers to quickly and effectively adopt Red Hat solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable participating in feedback loops between users and product teams. The ideal candidate has a developer advocate background, a passion for writing, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
