Project Manager (Construction) - Asset Management

Job description

This involves managing projects from planning and design through to successful completion, commissioning and handover. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to specification, ensuring projects achieve all ambitions, goals and objectives in accordance with the strategic intent for the portfolio. This role combines both oversight and hands-on project delivery. Programme Requirements, Standards & Performance: - Oversee and monitor the delivery of the projects in terms of schedules, interface, cost, variations, contract, risk while liaising with relevant team members and functions as required. - Develop Project Execution Plans, ensuring projects are aligned and delivered in accordance with the Contracting Entity’s standards and methods. - Engage with and manage the project relationship with the key stakeholders.
