Registered Nurse- After-Hours Hospice

Job description

As a BCN Hospice Team member, you will be a part of a team providing care and support to patients and their families who no longer receive treatments to cure their terminal illness but instead choose care to improve their comfort and quality of life. Our service allows our team members to focus on one patient at a time providing care where the patient calls home. While this often is a house or apartment, we also provide care at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. If a patient’s care needs are too complicated for home care or require a higher level of attention from nurses and other experts, we can provide care at one of our Hospice Care Centers. Services: Woodford, Franklin, Anderson, & Owen counties Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 9:00am-7:00pm Incentive: $4.00 per hour on-call shift differential pay, in addition to base pay Position Summary: The After-Hours Hospice RN delivers compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals receiving comprehensive health care services.
