You will also be a part of a multi-functional team providing transactional counsel and advice to internal clients, and occasionally supporting other parts of the business, including the Commercial and Brands organizations. Reporting to the Director & Counsel, you will lead contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, while supporting our sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
