ESSTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (design, configuration, migration and testing) for the Finance function, serving as the primary liaison across Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners - Oversee financial data migration strategy, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure integrity across legacy and new systems - Drive training and change management to support successful adoption and post-go live support - Support finance integration team in evaluating ERP solutions for newly acquired businesses - Drive finance process standardization, scalability, and efficiency across business units and legacy organizations, inclusive of developing and implementing SOPs and best-practice frameworks - Assist in the review, documentation, and implementation of PremiStar accounting and finance policies and procedures at acquired entities.
