Job description

Responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customers for all Food Outlets at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic. The incumbent is also responsible for providing high quality baked goods to all Harrah’s and Caesars Republic food outlets. Also, to assist the Chefs and Shift Leaders, in the overall smooth production of all breads, pastries and other bakery items. Previous experience in a hotel of retail bakery required, 2 – 3 years experience preferred. - Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and team members and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with team members. - Receives, stores, rotates and distributes bakery supplies and products in and around production areas. - Accurately scales and measures all ingredients needed of daily production assignments, including but not limited to dry goods and leavenings, as well as portioning out doughs and batters within allowable tolerances as directed. - Prepares correct amount of back-up products; correctly date, label and stores, communicates with supervisor...
