Front Counter Associate - NEFCO Repairs

Description Job Duties: - Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc. - Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers - Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation - Provides customer with quality customer services demonstrating a sense of urgency - Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication - Assists mechanics with machines waiting on parts to ensure the parts are allocated correctly - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred - Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks - Strong customer service skills - Experience in handling difficult customer service situations - Maintains excellent regular attendance, punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers. - Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while playing strict attention to detail. - Converse verbally on phone and in person - Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift 75lbs. - Analytical ability including basic math skills
