Director, Imaging Services - Radiology Administration - Full Time

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and direction of the Radiology, Cardiology Testing, Neurodiagnostic, PET, and Neuroscience Lab (EEG) Departments. Design and implement critical operational initiatives and best practices focused on improving patient experience, patient flow, throughput, finances and other key metrics. Collaborates with organizational leadership in support of the annual operating plan, performance improvement activities, hiring and retention of personnel. Assists with policy development and review. Represents the unit in hospital/system meetings, discussions and other function Responsible for a budget in excess of $125M in gross revenue and oversight of greater than 40 full time equivalent employees. Responsible as an integral part of the leadership team for the performance of the respective services. Collaborates with like departments at other Gut hrie sites to share best-practices, align processes, and improve care for Guthrie patients.
