JOB SUMMARY: As an Intern, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success. Interns in this role will learn how to identify, measure, and analyze quality risks in the business and support efforts in eliminating them. Success in this role depends on the Intern’s initiative and teamwork skills. A successful Intern will be able to lead Root Cause Analysis meetings, accurately read shop drawings, successfully assist the warranty team with logging calls and updating costs, and build visualizations for both warranty and rework data. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate regularly with Quality Team to discuss quality-related observations, warranty trends, and ensure shared understanding and resolution of quality concerns. Support root cause analysis of events that compromise quality on construction projects and support initiatives to ensure sustainable solutions. Review equipment documentation and construction shop drawings to mitigate quality and safety risks and identify economization opportunities.
