Senior Customer Application Engineer

Job description

Mission Ensure technical support to Sales function in technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, evaluating and selecting the best technical solutions that meets customer needs, managing the whole life-cycle of the customized drive solutions, from the design to testing and post sales customer technical services related to repair activities. Main Responsibilities: Product Development Strategy: - Contributes to the development of local business by analyzing the market needs and ensuring the identification of the best technical solutions to meet the customer needs, according to a framework of guidelines, processes and procedures set by HQ. Pre-sales technical support: - Provides support to Sales in analyzing Customer requests during the pre-order phase and propose the most suitable products configuration according to technical needs and in line with group strategies Application Engineering: - Manage the whole life-cycle of the customized drive solutions trough the validation of technical and economics feasibility analysis , and products’ technical documents (technical Drawings, Bills of Material,…) - Ensures proper accountability over pull project (“client-driven”) management and...
