Job Description As an Operator T1, you play a pivotal role in driving our plant's operations to produce top-notch products efficiently and on time. Working collaboratively, you'll skillfully handle high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, ensuring that customer scheduling and quality benchmarks are met. Your responsibilities include executing machine adjustments, overseeing process startups, and upholding 5S standards to guarantee a flawless product. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety and GMP standards will be critical in maintaining our high-quality output. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, you'll actively contribute to refining equipment, processes, and systems.
