Device Experience Platform Engineer – Nexthink Job Summary: The Device Experience Platform Engineer is responsible for the administration, development, and continuous optimization of the Nexthink platform to improve enterprise Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This role partners closely with Endpoint, Workplace, and IT Operations teams to transform device telemetry into actionable insights, proactive remediations, and automated workflows that improve device reliability, performance, and end-user satisfaction. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring deep Nexthink expertise, strong scripting and automation skills, and the ability to translate experience data into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Nexthink Platform Administration & Governance: - Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform, including configuration, upgrades, feature onboarding, and governance. - Own platform health, data quality, and reliability. - Establish standards and protocols.
