In this role, you translate development needs into impactful learning solutions and help colleagues grow in a dynamic logistics environment. You get it done: Within the People & Organisation department, you work on developing talent and leadership. With your expertise, you contribute to a strong learning culture and support colleagues in their continuous development : you’re on it. How you do this? By working together with P&O Business Partners and the Cluster L&D Lead to translate learning and development needs into effective programmes and initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s objectives in the Netherlands. You analyse development needs across various divisions, locations and teams, identify the skills and competencies to be developed, and translate these insights into concrete L&D plans using both global and local offline and online programmes.
