Job Title: ERP Project Coordination Support – Finance Procedures Location: Brussels, Belgium (On-site): Contract Type: Consultancy / Freelance: We are seeking a Project Coordination Support professional to assist the Finance department during an ERP upgrade project involving Dynamics 365. The role focuses on coordinating and structuring the update of financial procedures in collaboration with Finance, FP&A Controlling teams, and process owners. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate activities and monitor progress related to procedure updates Plan and organize the update and harmonization of financial procedures Structure and centralize documentation using SharePoint or similar tools Ensure consistency and alignment across procedures and documentation Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions Requirements: Experience in project coordination, ideally within Finance or ERP environments Good understanding of financial processes and ERP-related workflows Ability to manage and track multiple activities simultaneously Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills...
