Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20/Hr. - CAD $63.47/Hr. Summary: Providence Health Care’s Mental Health Program is seeking passionate nurses with a strong background in psych nursing to join our hospital-wide Complex Intervention Response Team (CIRT) and Psychiatric Consult Liaison (CL) service as casuals. As part of these unique, referral-based teams, you won’t be assigned to just one unit — you’ll support patients and staff across the hospital, ensuring mental health and substance use concerns are addressed alongside medical needs. As a clinical leader and educator, you’ll help build frontline capacity, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote best practices in psychiatric care in non-psychiatric settings, ensuring that regardless of where a patient or clinician is, we are ensuring we are delivering the best patient care possible. CIRT is composed of Nurses, Peer Support Workers, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists, while the CL service is Psychiatrists and Nurse Educators.
