Job Type Full-time Description: In the role of Facility Manager, your key responsibilities will be to lead a group of greenhouse, field, and maintenance specialists in support of varied R&D facility functions including, but not limited to, plant breeding, product development, and marketing & sales. The Facility Manager also plans and oversees investments in maintenance and improvement of structures and equipment to create a world class R&D environment for innovation and product demonstration. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the planning, production and maintenance of greenhouse and field grown plant material to support research, product development and marketing and sales goals. - Maintain an effective IPM program and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines to create the best possible greenhouse environment for plant production and the people working in that environment. - Support team to optimize plant nutrition in greenhouse and field environments to produce required plant performance and best manage space utilization by crop and purpose. - Communicate with team and stakeholders to align expectations on timelines and deliverables. - Manage the overall maintenance and i...
