Service Required Education : The preferred qualifications for this position include an Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity, or a related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of current experience working in the electrical industry. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in electrical trades. The successful candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain industry-based credentials relevant to the electrical field. Experience teaching or training adults, particularly in workforce development or correctional education settings, is preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of instruction and professionalism.
