Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions. - Experience with video (e.g., YouTube) and online branding products. - Experience in data analysis, interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into narratives. - Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and learn when it is appropriate to apply them. - Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams. - Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills. - Excellent project management, relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
