Ward Administrator | Spire Little Aston hospital | Part Time | Permanent Spire Little Aston Hospital are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team on a part time basis. As Ward Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients, visitors and staff. Duties and responsibilities: These will include but are not limited to: - Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients, visitors and staff. - To greet and provide a customer focused, professional and effective service that exceeds expectations to all Patients, Consultants, and Visitors to the hospital - To deal with all telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner - To give clear, concise information to all enquiries - To liaise with Catering Department regarding orders for refreshments by patients and visitors - To inform insurance companies if extended length of stay is required to keep insurance companies informed of emergency admissions - Ensure that patient notes are up to date and in correct order and are taken to the appropriate place when a patient episode is complete. -...
