The Position: Prepares alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and all applicable federal laws and regulations. Performs cashier service for lounge guest. Provides superior guest service and maintains the lounge environment in a manner that will ensure repeat business. Duties include but are not limited to: - Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar. - Prepares alcoholic beverage orders from the lounge wait staff to serve to guest. - Maintains the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operation of the bar.
